Business Transitions

In the event HireXtra goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, our subscribers' personal information may be part of the assets transferred. When our subscription form asks you to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software, Secure Socket Layer (SSL). While on a secure page, such as the subscription form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer appears locked.

Notification of Privacy Policy Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will prominently post a notice on the main page and other pages to alert you about the change.
